Populations that I work with: Adolescents, college students, adults, LGBTQIA+

Starting therapy can feel vulnerable, overwhelming, or intimidating—and yet, here you are. I recognize your bravery in starting or continuing your therapy journey, and I am honored to create a space where you feel supported, heard, and valued. While working together collaboratively, you will be met with respect, authenticity, and care.

With an educational background in social work, I am passionate about empowering clients during life’s most challenging and exciting moments by emphasizing their unique strengths to foster hope and create a path to healing. I am honored to create a space where you can explore identities, thoughts, and emotions in a safe and nonjudgmental setting. I have clinical experience supporting clients navigating OCD, anxiety, perfectionism, religious trauma, interpersonal conflict, life transitions, and trauma. As a queer therapist, I am committed to providing affirming care for the LGBTQIA+ community. I recognize how meaningful it can be to feel seen and supported in your identity, and I strive to create a space where you can show up fully and authentically.

I employ an integrated, person-centered, and trauma-informed approach, meaning that I meet clients where they are and combine different therapeutic techniques that best fit each client. I often draw from modalities such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

Taking the first step can often feel unfamiliar, but know you are not alone in this process. I am honored to hold space for your story and walk alongside you in your journey with empathy, openness, and understanding. If you think we might be a good fit, please feel free to book a consultation.
